Refund Policy

1. The 7-Day Free Trial

We believe in proving value before charging you. Our Starter plan comes with a 100% free, 7-day trial. During this period, we will build and integrate your AI lead response system without any upfront fees. If you decide the system isn't for you within this 7-day window, you can walk away entirely free of charge. No setup fee, no subscription, no questions asked.

2. Setup Fees

If you choose to continue using our services after the 7-day free trial, you will be billed the one-time setup fee associated with your chosen package. Because the setup fee covers the hard costs of manual labor, engineering, and configuration mapping specifically tailored to your business, this setup fee is strictly non-refundable once billed.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Contracts

Leadomi's Starter plan operates on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Our Growth and Scale plans require a minimum 6-month commitment to cover the costs of building out your custom website and advanced infrastructure.

• For the Starter plan (or after a 6-month commitment ends), you may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
• When you cancel, you will continue to have access to your AI system and dashboard until the end of your current billing cycle.
• We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service used.
• To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next invoice date.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

If you believe there has been a billing error, or if we failed to deliver the services exactly as outlined in your chosen package, please contact us immediately. Refunds outside of our standard policy are evaluated on a case-by-case basis entirely at our discretion.

5. How to Cancel

To cancel your 7-day trial or ongoing monthly subscription, simply email our support team at hello@leadomi.com or use the cancellation option within your client portal.
